Angela Evelyn Bassett has been an American actress since late 1980s. Her work has been recognized for TV and film since the late 1980s she's been awarded numerous awards such as two Golden Globe Awards and sixteen NAACP Image Awards in addition to nominations for two Academy Awards and seven Primetime Emmy Awards. Bassett is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was brought up in Winston-Salem North Carolina by her aunt following her birth to New York New York, is a well-known actor. When Bassett was about five the family relocated from the city of St. Petersburg, Florida to live with their mother, who was divorced from their father. When she was in high school Bassett watched John Steinbeck's drama Of Mice and Men starring James Earl Jones and decided that she wanted to become an actor. Yale University New Haven Connecticut, where she received her bachelor's degree in African American and master's degrees (1983). The year 1997 was the time she married Courtney B. Vance who was also an actor. Qualification: B.A. Degree in African-American Studies in 1980, Master of Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grade) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett has been cast in one the leading roles of Ramonda for the action movie i.e. Black Panther Wakanda forever 2022.
